Executive Seat Agreement
Novice Level

For a donation of $1,000 an individual or company will receive the following for a period of 10 years.

1. Name on a seat in the fourth 100 seats with a name plate.

2. Ten (10) year membership in the Fairborn Performing Arts & Cultural Association.  This     membership includes the following:

    1. Quarterly newsletter.
    2. Name in the venue program.

3.   Use of the purchased seat for all events for which a ticket is purchased.  This would include       concerts, lectures, or any special event for which a ticket may be purchased.

4.   Name inscribed on a plaque to be mounted in a prominent location in the building.

*    It is our understanding that the entire contribution is tax deductive; however, we suggest that you       contact your tax consultant regarding current regulations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. In addition to the $1,000 donation, the individual or company is encouraged to purchase a season ticket at the current rate for each seat purchased.
  2. It is understood that each individual or company purchasing seats will have option on continuing in the programs after the 10-year period.
  3. In the case of death of an individual purchaser during the term of the program, the seats will pass to the family or designated beneficiary for the remainder of the period. That person would then have first option to continue in the program.
  4. The 10-year program begins during the first year the Fairborn Performing Arts & Cultural Center is open. The anticipated opening date is December, 2009.
  5. Anyone purchasing seats for the Fairborn Performing Arts & Cultural Center between now and the opening of the building will receive the following:

    6. a. Ten (10) Year Membership in the Fairborn Performing Arts & Cultural Association.

    b. Tickets for special fund raising functions upon request.

    c. Invitations to various functions related to seat selection in the facility.

  6. As a commitment to purchase seats in the facility is made, the individual or company will be placed on a list, which will serve as the order in which the opportunity to select seat location will be made.
  7. As rendering of the facility become available, everyone who has made a commitment to purchase seats will be contacted and given an opportunity to select their seat location.
  8. At some point after we have sold a significant portion of the seats, we will have a formal gathering, with the media invited, to take the project to the next stage. All those who have committed to purchase seats will be invited to this function.
  9. Any check for seats should be made payable to: Fairborn Performing Arts & Cultural Association.
